My husband has trouble falling asleep some times - I can't wait to share this with him. Does it work to have someone else do it to you, or is it better to hold the points yourself?

If these points work for you, they should be effective whether you hold them yourself, or someone else does it for you. Sometimes, it's easier to relax and really let it in, when someone else holds the points for us. The important thing is that both the person giving and receiving are as comfortable and relaxed as possible, so find a quiet calm place and experiment with sitting next to or across from each other. Take long deep breaths as you hold the points.

When you press the first one, is it on the inside of the main tendon, or the outside? Or, perhaps, is it right on the tendon?

Do you do these exercises on both arms back and forth or only on the left arm as is shown in the video?
