I use arnica gel after a long ride on the bike. It seems to work for me. I didn't even know it was a homeopathic remedy until I saw this. Good stuff.

I usually need Arnica after a strenuous backpacking trip in the Sierras. I never knew that it was important to take it immediately after strenuous activity or an injury. I've been taking it after that 4 hour drive home! From now on, I'm taking it with me!
thanks for the tip.

I sprained my ankle playing soccer and took arnica immediately (my coach had it) and it definitely eased some of the pain. I would recommend it to anyone who takes risks in their exercise routine.

i slipped off a mossy rock and badly hurt my shin- it was completely scratched up and punctured- when i got home an hour later, I used this and the pain subsided drastically, as well as preventing what would have been major bruising! arnica montana also comes in small pellets in a chapstick-like container; if you place three under your tongue and let them dissolve it works well. i took these pellets after my widsom teeth were pulled to reduce swelling and brusing- works wonderfully!
