CEO & President, Director

Inspired by Elephant Pharm's vision to "help people enjoy a good, long life, well lived," Kathi Lentzsch joined the Pharm team in 2005. A retail veteran, with over 25 years of experience, Lentzsch previously managed $500 million in sales as executive vice president at Cost Plus. Prior to that, as senior vice president, she was responsible for leading the team that transformed Pottery Barn from a small tabletop chain to the leading national home furnishings specialty retailer--during which time sales increased six-fold in just three years. Her experience with some of the nation's top retailers results in a strong understanding of brand development and a clear strategic vision. Kathi's leadership mirrors Elephant Pharm's own commitment to its customers to "create a culture that cares in an honest, authentic way."

A graduate of The College of William and Mary with a degree in business administration, Kathi is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mason School of Business and has been influential in the repositioning of its programs and curriculum. As a former competitive athlete, she enjoys cycling throughout the Bay Area and is a big fan of natural remedies for sore muscles.
