    Our bodies are 65% water, so staying properly hydrated is essential to good health—and good skin. To enhance your natural radiance, drink plenty of water (a good rule of thumb is to drink one quart (32 ounces) of water for every 50 lbs. of body weight daily) and avoid the things that are known to decrease skin radiance—smoking, drinking too much alcohol, stress, and poor sleeping habits.
