Biography
Jennifer Iscol founded North Bay Celiacs in 2006 after her young son was diagnosed with celiac disease. She organizes support groups in Napa, Marin and Sonoma counties, runs a Celiac Disease Awareness Campaign to educate the medical community, does community presentations, and offers consulting to restaurants and grocery stores that wish to serve the gluten-free community. North Bay Celiacs is affiliated with the Celiac Disease Foundation. www.northbayceliacs.org
