Janna Barkin has joyfully worked with birthing women and their families for over 10 years. Drawing on her expertise as a registered yoga teacher and a certified childbirth educator, Janna fosters a nurturing and safe environment in which women may explore and expand their yoga practice throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time. Janna�s classes support and nourish women during the entire childbearing year with asana (postures), pranayama (breath exploration), and meditation. Women in all stages of pregnancy are invited to attend for relaxation, renewal, and restoration, and to gather together in a community of mothers and mothers-to-be.
