Biography
Darcy was born to move and groove. She turned her first cartwheel at age two and kept rolling through the next 26 years with gymnastics, aerobics, choreography, and cheerleading. She lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two boys. Darcy founded Chicks-n-chickens, Inc. in 2008 to showcase creative ideas and talents of some really cool "chicks".

| Thursday, July 31st 11:00 am - 11:35 am | Camp Elephant Pharm: Lullaby Exercise (Movement) This 35-minute workout features a series of fun and easy-to-learn movements that give moms and babies both what they need most--toning, soothing, bonding, and sleep. Moms wear a sling or simply hold their baby in their arms as they squat, shuffle, and leg-lift through the high-energy "Groove" set and the slow it down as the "Sleep" set sends the little one into slumberland.
Please wear comfortable shoes and lightweight clothing. Moms must be approved to "groove" by their OBGYN. Recommended baby age is 8 weeks to 1 year. |
