Biography
Adrienne has been practicing yoga for 15 years and began blending yoga with kids in 2005. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and is certified through the Yoga & Movement Center in Walnut Creek. Adrienne is also a Certified YogaKids Facilitator and teaches kids at recreation centers in Lafayette & Moraga; and at The Yoga & Movement Center.
