Carrie Adams is a certified Anusara Yoga instructor. She teaches at several studios in the Bay Area where her schedule includes therapeutic yoga, yoga basics, and multi-level classes. Carrie's class at Elephant Pharmacy is designed to be fun, supportive, and accessible to students of all levels.
