Biography
Iris Campion teaches a combination of Hatha Yoga and AyurYoga. Her teaching is also influenced by Anusara Yoga. Iris received Ayurveda training at the California College of Ayurveda and completed studies at the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico under Dr. Vasant Lad. She is the Personal Yoga Trainer and Ayurvedic Practitioner at Baysix Health Center in Redwood City.
