Biography

Kathleen has been teaching yoga for 13 years and is a certified Iyengar yoga instructor. Kathleen loves to work with all levels of students. She enjoys exploring the poses and breaking them down so that each individual has a successful and nurturing experience. Kathleen studied in the teacher training programs of the Iyengar Institute of San Francisco and at the Yoga Room in Berkeley.
