Biography

Brooke has been a student of Bioenergetics (a somatic psychotherapy which brings about the integration of body, heart, mind and spirit) for twenty years. She is a certified massage practitioner and has studied tai chi, dance and expressive movement--all incorporated into her classes. She teaches regularly at the Esalen Institute.
