Barbara Kristoff, R.N., is a certified instructor of Tai Chi Chih; Joy through Movement. Barbara has been an RN for over 30 years and integrates practices of both western and eastern forms of the healing arts. Tai Chi Chih is a series of 19 simple, graceful, gentle movements that stimulate, circulate, and balance the intrinsic energy that flows within us.
