Ed Bauman, M.Ed., Ph.D., is the director of Bauman College Nutrition Consultant and Natural Chef training programs with campuses in Berkeley, Cotati, Sacramento and Santa Cruz, CA. He has been a groundbreaking leader and author in the field of holistic integrative nutrition for the past 30 years. He emphasizes the use of organic, seasonal, locally grown foods. An associate dean of the University of Natural Medicine in Santa Fe, NM, and a professor in the Master's in Holistic Health program at JFK University in Orinda, CA, he also teaches Nutrition Essentials for Teachers and Nurses in Sonoma State University's Extended Education Program.
