Debra Riordan, C.A.S. is an Ayurvedic practitioner celebrating over 10 years of private practice (Ayurveda for Balance) in San Francisco & San Rafael. She was a faculty member at the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) for six years and is certified by CCA and the American Institute of Vedic Studies.

We'll sample the herb, learn its energetics, available forms (teas, tinctures, loose herbs, homeopathic, popular formulas, etc.), proper dosages, compatible herbs and any contraindications.
In September we'll focus on Black Cohosh; a primary herb for menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms. |
