Biography

Ernie Adams presents an intelligent, less stressful way of learning Pilates and has 16 years experience specializing in movement education, injury prevention and rehabilitation. He is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® and fully Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat & Apparatus) and has an extensive background as professional dancer. He offers Pilates Rehabilitation and Fitness Training, as well as Feldenkrais® Movement Education.
