Carolyn Janson, MA is a Resiliency Coach, licensed 1 on 1 HeartMath™ provider, & educator. Carolyn assists clients, teachers & children in enhancing their natural resilience. They learn to relieve stress and anxiety. Joy and satisfaction in life increase as they experience improvements in health and higher performance in school, on the job and in sports. She also helps clients prepare for surgery.
