The gentle movements of Feldenkrais lessons provide many benefits for people recovering from breast cancer surgery, treatment and reconstruction, either recently or years ago. Awareness Through Movement lessons are verbally guided movements that are based on function actions. Participants are encouraged to pace themselves and experience the process of exploring and enjoying movement in a nonjudgmental environment.
